::Expert makes very little sense to me, which is why I even bothered with this. At least the Wiktionary definition of rampart talks about "a defensive mound of earth," which works because it's Ground-type, usually with "a stone parapet," which is a low wall, which you can get from the ridges on Swampert's head.
