Quit adding the editing tags to card pages unless there is a legitimate reason. An article isn't incomplete just because it is short. [[Team Magma Ball (EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua 80)|This article]] already has all the information that exists on it. No more information can be added if it doesn't exist. So, unless there is a legitimate reason for a card to be incomplete, such as missing one of the artwork reprints, you cannot add incomplete of cleanup or stub tags to them.
