 |desc=Kaiser's {{p|Dragonair}} is a Pokémon Kaiser befriended since he was a young man and have been friends ever since, its only appearance being in [[EP035]]. Kaiser has a picture of him and Dragonair as a {{p|Dratini}} in his office. It first appeared as a Dratini when {{TRT}} were trying to find it, it appeared first to [[Jessie]] whilst [[James]] and {{TR|Meowth}} were in the lake nearly drowning. It disappeared back into the water then appeared on the surface fainted with all the other Pokémon who live in the lake from the dynamite planted in the lake.
