Since the Explorers table listed it as both Ground and Dragon, I decided to test this out over the course of several Brine Cave trips. Not once did it hit the Tentacool or Omanyte super effectively, the Dragonair were always the ones weak to Natural Gift with a Golden Seed. I'll be editing accordingly.
