:::: To be fair, or at least to my knowledge, Bulbasaur only rejected evolution because it wasn't ready at the time so there's a chance it may still evolve. :Am I the only one here who sees that there is absolutely no evidence of Ash's Bulbasaur and May's Bulbasaur having a romantic relationship? So she stayed at Oak's lab, big deal. Maybe May just wanted her to pick up some tips from Ash's Bulbasaur to become stronger.
