To get your pokemon you must play a minigame that consists of you throwing pokeballs at your pokemon while they are hopping between bushes.You arent allowed to have any items on your pokemon during the transfer.The only thing that is easy to notice is your pokemons name is in capital letters such as SLOWPOKE while your pkmn from black or white are in lowercas such as [[Snivy]].
