Miss Priscilla (Japanese: サユリ Sayuri) is a character of the day who appeared in A Bout With Sprout. She is a teacher at Earl's Pokémon Academy, who instructs very young children on how to train Pokémon.

Miss Priscilla

Ash and his friends first met Miss Priscilla after she stopped two of her students from overwhelming Pikachu with affection. Brock was immediately lovestruck and offered to show her students the group's Pokémon, and Miss Priscilla agreed and allowed the group into the school.

Unlike Ash and Misty, she didn't seem to mind Earl Dervish's twirling around and appreciated his enthusiasm. Miss Priscilla is passionate about her education role, and uses immersive experiences. For example, she asked Ash and his friends to allow the students to play with their Pokémon, as well as excursions to add depth to her lessons.

She is proud of local area, as she answered several questions about the Sprout Tower, where she later took her students and Ash's group on a tour. Her students respected her kind nature and followed instructions, such as when the class needed to evacuate from the Sprout Tower as it filled with smoke. She objected to Team Rocket destroying the Sprout Tower, noting it was important to her students.
