Does anyone else think the Articuno in Freeze Frame used Mind Reader? (Specifically, the part about 15 minutes in where its eyes glowed red.) I get the feeling Ash and Todd feeling as though Articuno knew their intention was meant to hint at it having been used. (Plus it would explain how Articuno did know that. ;p) That dialogue might be dub-specific, though. (I have no way to check either way.) == Regarding the research template on the page (Precedence over Rage Powder) ==
I already wrote this on {{m|Lock-On}}'s discussion page. Lock-On and Mind Reader do not take precedence over Follow Me/Rage Powder. Rage Powder will attract Mind Reader on the turn that it is used, and the same thing will happen if an attacking move is aimed at a locked-on target, Rage Powder will attract it.
