Rhonda (Japanese: トラン Toran) is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City who appeared in Hail to the Chef!. Her Japanese voice actress is 清水愛 Ai Shimizu.
Her Mr. Mime puts on an astounding show while it cooked using Psychic and its other capabilities. Even though it looks good, the food tastes terrible. Because of this, her twin sister, Rhoda, thought of it and her as an amateur in cooking. The twins eventually divided their restaurant into two.
