::I've been wondering about that myself. Why do we have enough information on Mr. Verich to warrant a separate article, while Mayor Es Cade, who was just as significant, and appears just about as much, has only one article. I suggest that either the Mr. Verich and Greevil articles be combined, considering that much of the information is duplicate, albeit in a different prose, or else Evice should be separate from Mayor Es Cade as well.
