Ash is a type of currency in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. It collects at the foot of Mt. Chimney on Route 113. When the player gets the Soot Sack, they can collect the ash off the ground by walking through the grass. Collected ash can be taken to the Glass Workshop at the end of the route, where it can be used to make different glass flutes or furniture.
