Fontaine (Japanese: イズミの国 Izumi Nation) is a Kingdom in Pokémon Conquest.

Wild Pokémon areas
Fontaine (Japanese: イズミの国 Izumi Nation) is a kingdom located in southwestern Ransei, featured in Pokémon Conquest. It represents the Water type, and is led by Motochika. Its adjacent kingdoms are Aurora, Ignis, Greenleaf, and Pugilis.

Battlefield
The waterside battlefield of Fontaine features water tiles, Gate Switches, Flood Gates, and a Fountain. Only Water- and Flying Pokémon, as well as Pokémon with the ability Levitate, can stand on water tiles. Gate Switches can be stepped on in order to manipulate Flood Gates, except by Flying/Levitating Pokémon, which control the amount of water tiles present on the battlefield. The Fountain deals Water-type damage to Pokémon adjacent to it.

Battles fought on Fontaine's battlefield are set to a maximum of 20 turns, and victory is seized by defeating all enemies. If both armies are still standing when all 20 turns have passed, the army defending Fontaine wins the battle.

Location availability
During List of Pokémon Conquest stories, Fontaine has the following locations available. Due to the absence of the Bank, locations cannot be leveled up, and additional locations cannot be unlocked.
* Shop (level 1)
* Ponigiri Shop (level 1)
* Ravine (level 1)

In subsequent stories, Fontaine starts with certain default locations, all at level 1. The Bank can be used to level up locations, and additional locations will appear when certain levels are reached.
* Bank (default)
* Shop (default)
* Ponigiri Shop (default)
* Ravine (default)
* Farm (unlocked when the Ravine reaches level 2)
* River of Gold (unlocked when both the Shop and Ponigiri Shop reach level 2)

In List of Pokémon Conquest stories, all locations start already unlocked and at level 3 (if applicable).
