This card was included in the {{TCG|Ultra Prism}} expansion with artwork by [[Megumi Mizutani]], first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Ultra Moon}} expansion. A Cracked Ice Holofoil variant was included in the {{TCG|Mach Strike}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}. It was later reprinted, alongside a new print with artwork by [[Shin Nagasawa]] featuring the {{Shiny}} version of Garchomp, in the Japanese {{TCG|GX Ultra Shiny}} subset. The Shiny print was later included in the {{TCG|Hidden Fates}} expansion.

[[Cynthia]], who uses a {{TP|Cynthia|Garchomp}} in all games in which she appears as an opponent, and the interior of her room in [[Sinnoh]]'s {{si|Pokémon League}} as it appears in {{g|Diamond and Pearl}}, are featured in the Ultra Prism's illustration. The effect of the '''Royal Blades''' attack additionally references Cynthia's [[Cynthia (Ultra Prism 119)|self-titled card]]. The {{TCG|Hidden Fates}} print features the {{Shiny}} version of {{p|Garchomp}}.
