A new print featuring [[Cyrus]] with artwork by [[GIDORA]] was included in the Japanese {{TCG|Start Deck 100}} and could be obtained in Non Holofoil and Mirror Holofoil versions. Holofoil and Non Holofoil Cyrus prints were also released in the Japanese {{TCG|Star Birth}} expansion and {{TCG|VSTAR Premium Trainer Box}}, respectively. The Holofoil print was later included in the {{TCG|Brilliant Stars}} expansion and concurrent {{TCG|V Battle Deck—Lycanroc vs. Corviknight}}. In Japan, Non Holofoil Cyrus prints were reprinted in both {{TCG|VSTAR Starter Sets}} and the {{TCG|Premium Trainer Box ex}}; Mirror Holofoil prints were reprinted in the {{TCG|Start Deck 100 CoroCoro Comic Version}}, in both of the {{TCG|VSTAR & VMAX High-Class Decks}}, and in the {{TCG|Charizard VSTAR vs Rayquaza VMAX Special Deck Set}}. The Full Art Lysandre print was later included in the {{TCG|Lost Origin}} expansion. The Cyrus Regular print was reprinted, alongside a Cyrus Full Art print with artwork by [[Mitsuhiro Arita]], in the Japanese {{TCG|VSTAR Universe}} subset. **Similarly to {{TCG ID|Sword & Shield|Professor's Research|178}}, Boss's Orders was named specifically to prevent the need for future rulings such as this for subsequent prints featuring different [[villainous team]] leaders. The characters' names are printed in the upper right corner.

The {{TCG|Rebel Clash}} prints feature [[Giovanni]], formerly the head of [[Team Rocket]] and [[Gym Leader]] of [[Viridian City]]; the {{TCG|Shining Fates}} and {{TCG|Lost Origin}} prints feature [[Lysandre]], the boss of [[Team Flare]]; and the {{TCG|Brilliant Stars}} and SWSH251 prints feature [[Cyrus]], the boss of [[Team Galactic]]. A group of {{tc|Team Rocket Grunt}}s, a {{DL|Pokémon Trainer|Trainer class}}, is also featured in the Giovanni Regular print's illustration.
