There's really no reason to remove a revision from an article's history unless it contains someone's personal information or something like that. :My main concern is what you mean by "trainers" - Is it just Blue, or (and this is how I interpreted it when I reverted) do all trainers in Gen I have this behavior (or even just other trainers with boss Pokémon such as Gym Leaders/E4)? If it's the latter, then it's not specific to Blue, and imo would be better suited in an article describing NPC AI (if we even have anything like that) than as a trivia point on one specific trainer's page.
