The Sayda Lab is a specialized Fossil research facility lead by Dora. Following his journey through the Johto region, Gary landed a position at Sayda Lab and went on to revive an Aerodactyl, its first resurrected Pokémon, from DNA recovered from a fossilized Egg and Old Amber.

The facility also houses an extensive collection of fossilized remains and a large display with life-size reconstructions of all the Kanto Fossil Pokémon.
