Huh???
I was under the impression Cassidy owned this Raticate. Why isn't it called Cassidy's Raticate, if Cassidy is the only one who ever commanded it in battle? Not to mention, UNLIKE Meowth, Cassidy keeps Raticate in a Poké Ball. -- Glitch and Official Pokémon. There is no real difference between the two.
