:I think it's fine. First, the beginning only says that the PC and the school are there, not that Hiougi is the first hometown to have them. Second, firsts and onlys are usually in the trivia anyway. Because of the statues in front of the "Trainer's School", I think it's actually a Gym. All the other Unova gyms had those same statues in front, but the Trainer's school in Striaton did not, making me 99% positive that it's a Gym.
