You may attach this as an Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokémon. While attached, this card is a Special Energy card and provides Energy. This card seems to be based off Team Rocket's Dark Dragonite, as every detail of the attack- including the Japanese name- are the same. The only detail is that this card costs 1 less energy to use.
