This card was first released in the {{TCG|Team Rocket}} expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil, originating from the {{TCG|Rocket Gang}} expansion where it was only released as a Holofoil card. It was later reprinted as a {{TCG|Supporter card}} in the {{TCG|EX Team Rocket Returns}} expansion with new artwork by [[Ken Sugimori]], originating from the {{TCG|Rocket Gang Strikes Back}} expansion.

*Unlike in the anime (prior to the {{series|Best Wishes}}), Jessie's and James's clothes are colored black instead of white in the first print of this card, much like the {{tc|Team Rocket Grunt|grunts}} of Team Rocket.  

The Team Rocket print illustration features [[Jessie]], [[James]], and {{MTR}}, the trio of Team Rocket agents constantly following {{Ash}}.
