Motion to change the type images back into words. Two reasons: one, it can't be searched or sorted properly, two, it doesn't add anything, and if anything is worse - images don't scale, so that's bad for people who need large fonts to read comfortably, these images aren't particularly high contrast, and, screen readers (i.e. programs that read what's on screen) can't read images. - [[User:Zhen Lin|振霖]]_{[[User talk:Zhen Lin|T]]} 17:53, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

:True. It wouldn't be too hard to change them back, it's just a simple find/replace of all instances of <nowiki>[[Image: and IC.gif]], then changing them to be {{t| and }}</nowiki>, respectively. ::::Viewing the animated sprites in Internet Explorer Version 8 or 9 works well. Not sure about IE Version 7 though. But the main point is that in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, the battle sprites seem to work fine. :::::Well, I blew the dust off of Internet Explorer, and using my IE6, they were too fast as well. I considered upgrading to IE8 just to test this, but I'm never going to use it and I would have had to restart my computer. Thing is, we mainly cater for pretty much every browser ''except'' IE (primarily Firefox, secondarily Chrome, Safari, and Opera), and if something works in IE but no other browsers, something is very wrong with it. Try encountering one of the Pokémon on your Black or White game, and opening that page. Count how long it takes to complete one cycle.
