Was it confirmed that Kubfu is a legendary? if so I would love to see a source on it. It seemed like a regular Pokemon to me, albeit a rare Pokemon in the vein of starters, where you can only get one without breeding.  {{unsigned|KittehWarlord}}

== Kubfu briefly having No Guard ==

According to this analysis on Smogon (https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/scarlet-violet-battle-mechanics-research.3709545/page-29#post-9525015), Kubfu allegedly had No Guard as a Hidden Ability until the V 1.2.0 update.
