Why does Pokémon Emerald reference it as the 'Gangster of the Sea' if, as every older fan knows, Tentacreul was also deemed the 'Gangster of the Sea' a long time ago in the pokédex and in the episode ''Tentacool and Tentacreul''? Is Sharpedo more mischevious or more feared now? (I predict a challenge.) -[[User:Professor DJM|Professor DJM]]

:I highly doubt a resembelance between Sharpedo and the Gameshark logo is intentional, but the Gameshark came first.
