Thank you for joining our community! By creating an account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. This is a brief introduction to Bulbapedia's rules and resources to help you get started:

  • All users are expected to follow the code of conduct and to be kind to one another.
  • If you have a question, check out our FAQ; the manual of style provides detailed editing guidance, and the wikicode page provides details about how to use wikicode. You can always ask for help by contacting a staff member.
  • Please preview your edits before saving them; this helps you double-check your changes and reduces the need for repeated minor edits.
  • Use talk pages to discuss changes and resolve editing disputes.
  • Creating a userpage is allowed after you've added to the encyclopedia; for more details, see the userspace policy.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links and information, check out the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Block appeal approved

Hello. Congratulations! Your block appeal has been approved. However, it is being approved under the following three conditions.

  • If a staff member messages you on your talk page or other communication methods, we need acknowledgement that you've read the contents of the staff messages. Your previous account had multiple instances of staff messages going unacknowledged and the contents of the message ignored while you continued to make edits. That being said, if you think another user (or staff member) is treating you in a way that breaks our code of conduct, please contact someone on the Bulbapedia:Staff team to review the situation.
  • If you wish to suggest a large-scale change to our policies like the manual of style (such as italics for game titles), partner with a Bulbapedia:Staff member before making such large-scale changes. Even good, officially supported ideas like italicizing game titles need time to plan for the workload, potential issues, participation, and roadblocks associated with the change. The encyclopedia can only handle so many large-scale changes at a time, so partnering with staff ensures the success of the task with respect to the other large-scale changes needed at the time.
  • Third, do not remove either the official trademark romanization or the literal translation from Pokemon pages. While we do recognize the weakness in the Pokemon infobox and are working on a change to make this content clearer to the reader, we need to have both of those items represented as they on the Pokemon pages. We look to treat problems at the root cause, not the side-effects that spread to hundreds of pages. (Call back to part two of partnering with staff on large-scale changes).

As long as you adhere to the three points above, we shouldn't have any issues in regards to your past offenses. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions. Have a good time editing! MaverickNate 15:25, 10 March 2024 (UTC)

Reblocked

You were very clearly told not to remove trademarked romanizations like you did in the past, but you decided to redo many of the same edits you did in the past, such as on Gengar (edit before your original block and now today). For this, your indefinite block is reinstituted. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:16, 11 March 2024 (UTC)
