AND THE TITLES.

No ampersands. The games are separately Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version. The reason the series is Diamond & Pearl is because that's the title of the series, based on the titles of two not-so-different games, Pokémon Diamond Version and Pokémon Pearl Version.
