Since you're new

you don't really know the things that we do over here, specifically, about the cards. We try our best to keep everything as consistent as possible, especially on the cards. I, as Project TCGDex leader, do my best to keep it that way. Your edit to Karen's Houndoom pulled that card out of the consistency that the other 5000 cards have in common*. That is why I changed it back. Since you are an admin over at zeldawiki, I just thought that you should know why I did it, in case you were wondering. ^Maverick_Nate 20:22, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for letting me know. As I'm new, I made sure to add the page to my watchlist, to see what would happen with the edit, and to help me to get more familiar with how things happen around here. Consistency is important, so I understand. It would be an effort, but maybe it would be worth using search and replace to update the start of all of those matching articles. The reason I say that is, that as a writer, the use of three sentence fragments, as I changed in the articles, is not necessarily appealing. One of my goals is to get rid of the Japan only sentence and English equivalents sentence. They are from the old regime of card pages, and we now have the unreleased template that annihilates the need for them. Those two sentences will no longer be there, I just haven't gotten to Generation 1 and 2 cards yet; however, I'm two sets away from getting there. ^Maverick_Nate 19:59, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
