If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.

Writing style

When writing information, there are a few things I'd like you to follow:

Avoid using pronouns (He, and she). Unless you're writing about a specific Pokémon, such as Ash's Pikachu, pronouns should be left out as you're referring to the species as a whole. (This also goes for Pokémon like Miltank and Jynx)
Maintain neutrality. Avoid using words like "interestingly" or using casual speech as if you were speaking to someone. The point of a wiki is just to get the information across. Phrases like, "That is all" are unnecessary, and unprofessional.
Avoid clutter. The Legendary Pokémon article is about the Pokémon, not the myths they were based on. We don't need a history lesson.
