Creatures owns one-third of the copyright to the Pokémon franchise (the other two-thirds owned by [[Game Freak]] and [[Nintendo]]). Its current CEO and president is Yuji Kitano, who has succeeded Ishihara and [[Hirokazu Tanaka]] in those respective positions since April 2023.
