Surge and his Raichu are disabled of their movements, as the Masked Man explains to him that he will meet the same fate as {{adv|Gold|two}} {{adv|Silver|kids}} from before. Lt. Surge explains to him that he had set a timer on his suit in case he was not able to capture his target in five minutes, which promptly releases multiple of his Electrode to use {{m|Self-Destruct}} to help him escape. Surge, exhausted from the battle, heads to the Lake of Rage and notices some bubbling in the lake, which came from something frozen on the bottom of the lake. | ||
