The '''Premium File 2''' (Japanese: '''プレミアムファイル2''') was released as an accompaniment with the second Neo era expansion {{TCG|Crossing the Ruins...}} and includes a set of nine special cards. Three cards have ties to ''[[M03|Spell of the Unown: Entei]]'': {{p|Charizard}}, {{p|Entei}}, and {{p|Pichu}} from the supplementary [[Pikachu Short]] ''[[PK07|Pikachu & Pichu]]''. All of these cards feature a Cosmos Reverse Holofoil treatment. The file was first made available in participating cinemas showing ''Spell of the Unown: Entei'' from July 8, 2000, with the general release following on August 5, 2000.
