Watering cans (Japanese:???) are various items that allow a user to water specific plants in the various Pokémon canon. In every game they appear in they are a key item.

In the games

SquirtBottle

The SquirtBottle (Japanese: ゼニガメじょうろ Zenigame Watering Can) appears in the Generation II games and their Generation IV remakes. In the games it is given to the player by the lady at the Goldenrod City flower shop after they have beaten Whitney at the Goldenrod Gym. In the Generation II games its only purpose is to awaken the Sudowoodo on Route 36. In HeartGold and SoulSilver the SquirtBottle is also used to water berries in the Berry Pots.
