As you posted something on my talk page, I wondered if I could ask you a question. I was trying to create a new page for the Diamond and Pearl guide however it said I did not have permission. It says in the FAQ about me not being able to edit my userpage but I did not here anything about creating pages. Is it because it says Appendix: before it as I could edit an article. If I cannot create a page, can I ask a senior member to create it with a PLACEHOLDER and allow me to edit it or would that be against the rules. I hope you can read this and can help me.
