Garrison (Japanese: 駐屯地 Eihei) is a roaming Pokémon Trainer and Artist.
He appears in different regions and towns to challenge fellow trainers to see who's worthy of a battle and often awards winners with a piece of his famous artwork.
Garrison seems to be a very dedicated trainer, going to lengths to get a battle, but hates having to do any amount of work. Zach is his best friend, even though they constantly insult each other and get into arguements.
