This template has always been super confusing with the targetting colors. This is mostly because moves that ''may'' affect <span style="background-color:#FF4500;color:#FFF">some targets</span> and others that ''will'' affect <span style="background-color:#ED1C24;color:#FFF">specific targets</span> use colors that are way too similar, it's almost indistinguishable. I think a more proper distinction should be made to ease up on the confusion. Maybe something like <span style="background-color:#FFBF00">#FFBF00</span> could be used for attacks that have choice of targets could make things so much clearer, without being too clashing with the rest of the color scheme.
