Plus its identity was never revealed in the anime series, just in the movies. Gary's PokeDex unable to identify Mewtwo in [[EP063]] should be a perfect example as to why the article should be moved to "Mewtwo (01)" and not "Mewtwo (OS)" "OS" would imply that there were Mewtwo created during the Hoenn and Sinnoh saga as well. "Mewtwo OS" wouldn't imply that there are Mewtwo in Hoenn and Sinnoh at all, as the Hoenn and Sinnoh sagas are not part of the original series, only Kanto and Johto are (and to a lesser extent, the Orange Islands of course). Both Mewtwo appeared in specials outside of their respective movies, the first Mewtwo even appeared in a few episodes, so naming them with "movie" would be inaccurate.
