Seed Flare is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV. It is Shaymin's signature move.

Effect

The user creates a big shock wave of green energy directed at the foe. This move has a 40% chance of lowering the foe's Special Defense.

Pokémon

Shaymin. Shaymin glows greenish-white as poison is sucked into its flowers, then seems to explode. This explosion is a result of the poison being purified from inside Shaymin's body.
