McKenzie's father (Japanese: イサミの父 Isami's father) is a character of the day who appeared in Doin' What Comes Natu-rally. He doesn't have an official name in the original version or the dub.

McKenzie's father

He is world-famous for being a street performer in the Pokémon Street Performer Festival. He would use his Natu in order to read people's futures. When his son McKenzie wanted to be like him and help him perform, he told him he was up for anything that pleases the audience. He commended Ash and his friends for having McKenzie perform while wearing a mask to hide his face. He holds the belief that experience teaches both people and Pokémon how to grow.

Natu
McKenzie's father has a Natu which is able to tell people's fortunes with its Future Sight. It did this trick at a fair. It works as follows: Natu is given a token, then the Natu goes over to a pool of water and dips its wings in it; flies and hops across three rocks in a triangle; then heads over to a bell hanging over a box. The Natu rings the bell, slips the token in the box, and uses Future Sight to draw out a fortune.

Later, Team Rocket came to the fair and captured Natu with loads of other Pokémon. Eventually, Ash's Bayleef cut Team Rocket's net and freed them.

Natu's only known move is Future Sight.
