Gym Badge thieves
The Gym Badge thieves are characters of the day in the Pokémon Chronicles episode The Blue Badge of Courage. Their English voice actors are Jimmy Zoppi and Andrew Paull and their Japanese voice actors are 下山吉光 Yoshimitsu Shimoyama and 高橋良吉 Ryōkichi Takahashi.

The Gym Badge thieves
They are known traveling throughout the regions of the Pokémon world, stealing Gym Badges so they don't have to work hard for them. As Misty, Tracey and Sakura were visiting the badge maker, Kinso in Rifure Village, they stole the badges the trio had worked on. Sakura's Beautifly tracked down the thieves. After being defeated, they returned the badges and quickly ran away.
