Saturn's Toxicroak (Japanese: サターンドクロッグ Saturn's Dokurog) was the second Pokémon that Saturn was revealed to have. It is his main battling Pokémon and commonly is at odds with Brock's Croagunk.

History

Toxicroak was first seen in Enter Galactic! and has been used in all of Saturn's subsequent appearances. In this episode, Toxicroak was sent out to battle against Ash and his friends and ended up battling Brock and his Croagunk before Team Galactic escapes.

Toxicroak reappeared in DP096 where it helped Saturn steal the Adamant Orb from a plane and in DP097 where it battled alongside Mars's Purugly and many Golbat belonging to Galactic Grunts before it was defeated by Cynthia's Gastrodon.

Trivia

• Toxicroak is also Saturn's main Pokémon in the games. This is also the same with Mars's Purugly and Jupiter's Skuntank.
• Although Toxicroak was introduced after Saturn's Bronzor, Saturn's Toxicroak has had more moves revealed.
• Toxicroak and Saturn's Bronzor are both tied for the most appearances out of any of Team Galactic Pokémon.
