Mossy Lure Module

The Mossy Lure Module is an item exclusive to Pokémon GO, intoduced on May 17, 2017. It was developed by Professor Willow as an upgrade to the Lure Module.

Effect

The Mossy Lure Module is a PokéStop module used to attract Bug-, Grass-, and Poison-type wild Pokémon to the PokéStop's location for 30 minutes. PokéStops that have an active Mossy Lure Module placed will have green leaves floating around them. The effect can be utilized by all players, and any player viewing the PokéStop can see the username of whoever placed the Lure Module. Only one Lure Module can be active at a PokéStop at once, and another Lure Module cannot be placed until the previous one expires.

Like the Lure Module, its effect is similar to that of the Incense, but is fixed to a PokéStop rather than to the player.

If standing within range of a PokéStop with a Mossy Lure Module active, a player may evolve an Eevee into Leafeon for 25, overriding any criteria to evolve into Espeon or Umbreon.

Acquisition

The Grassy Lure Module can be purchased in the Shop for 200 each.

In the future, a Grassy Lure Module can also be obtained by completing certain Special Research tasks.
