Tree of Life: Roots (Japanese: 生命の木 はこびの千本根 Tree of Life: The Thousand Roots of Progress) is an unrevisitable story dungeon in Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon located in the Sea of Wonders. It is the base to the Tree of Life, and is visited by the player and partner as the penultimate dungeon of the main story.

On the first visit, the player and partner are fully evolved for the duration of the dungeon due to their scarves. This dungeon can only be revisited via Pelipper Island.
