Exclamation Mark

On the page is says that an exclamation mark appears over the partner Pokémon if you and the Pokémon are facing down, side by side. I was standing facing left, with my Pokémon behind me also facing left (looking at me), and the exclamation mark appeared above me once, and my partner twice. However, when it appeared above my partner, it was for Pokémon I either hadn't seen or hadn't caught, so could this be the real factor for whether the exclamation mark appears above you of the partner? I noticed this today but it seems to have no effect, While I was fishing I got the ! above my head and above my pokemon's head for Magikarps which I already own 2Bith 04:37, 10 May 2012 (UTC)

Good rod in HG/SS

In HeartGold, at least, the Good Rod isn't found in the Olivine Café, but rather in the building above the Pokécenter in Olivine. Eckankar 10:48, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
