+Looking back, that was a pretty bad edit. Long, rambly, save for grammar, spelling, and capitalization. Still, someone should do something, it is not right as it is. The purple Deoxys did not just appear and go to Larousse city, it was in the same meteor as the green Deoxys. Rayquaza did not simply appear out of nowhere either, it had a previous battle and current motive to track down and attack the Deoxys. Worst of all, it wasn't because Emerald had not come out yet that the Speed forme had not appeared in the movie, it was because it had not been created yet. It had come out in Emerald because by that time, they had made Speed forme Deoxys and needed a third generation game to contain that data.
