Release information

This card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil SWSH Black Star Promo and was available in the Sword & Shield Single Pack Blisters from February 7, 2020. In Japan, it was released a Non Holofoil S-P Promotional card and was given to participants of Pokémon V Start Battle ~Get Wooloo~ events held at participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, Pokémon Card Stations, and stores hosting Pokémon Card Gym meetings beginning November 29, 2019. These events required players to purchase or bring in one of the V Starter Sets at a venue and use it in games. The Japanese print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo on the bottom right corner of the illustration.
