Passive Skill Status conditions cannot be inflicted on the user when the terrain is Psychic Terrain.

Effect

While the terrain of the battlefield is Psychic Terrain, neither the user nor the opponents can inflict a status condition (poison, bad poison, paralysis, burn, sleep, or freeze) on the user.
