Origin

In the Pokémon games, Wally is a fledgling Trainer who meets the player several times throughout their journey. The card's artwork depicts him with his Ralts, his first Pokémon in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Wally offers a Pokéblock to his Ralts in the illustration.
