Welcome

Welcome to Bulbapedia, Espeonage64!

Here are a few links to help you get started:

The Manual of Style, or MoS, outlines the format of all pages on Bulbapedia.

All of our administrators are here to help! Talk to them if you have any questions or problems with Bulbapedia.

On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~), or by using the "Your signature with a timestamp" (button_sig.png) button at the top of the edit window.

The Userspace Policy says that you should keep userspace edits (edits to User:Espeonage64) to a minimum, and outlines a few other guidelines for your userspace. Keep in mind, you will not be able to create your userpage until you have made constructive edits to the mainspace first.

For a complete list of policies and editing advice, please see the Welcome Portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Why is it not letting me edit my user page? I keep getting the error "You do not have permission to edit pages in the User namespace", even though it's my own page. I'm confused. D: I've been a member for who knows how long, but things came up in life where I never had the chance to edit it in the first place...- unsigned comment from Espeonage64 (talkcontribs)

It would appear someone in power has linked userspace privileges to the number of mainspace edits (though that is only conjecture). You privileges should come back once you have made some more edits to the mainspace. Happy editing.--Beligaronia (talk) 11:21, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
We changed the settings on user accounts the other night. In order to promote constructive editing of the mainspace, or article space, users must have made a given number of edits before they can create their userpage. I'm not going to tell you what the number is - I suggest you go and find some small (or large!) jobs to do, and earn the privilege to have a personal page. Best of luck, —darklordtrom 11:39, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
