Tear?
i like this new evo of yours. its more beleiveable than some of your others. the only problems i find are the multi hit attack is a tad too powerful. i think 25 would be a little better. the other thing is the name itself. when i first read "Tearow" i thought of "tear" as in crying. maybe Teareow?
