Origin

Turty used to live in Proffesor Rowan's lab like many other Sinnoh Starter Pokémon until one day he was left in a briefcase at Lake Verity (BOY the Prof. has been forgetfull recently!). After a battle with wild Starly under the command of an unfamiliar Trainer and a good runaround, he finally began to travel and grow stronger.
