Hi there! You seem to have found my userpage! I go by CJ, Bramble, Bram, or whatever else as long as I know I'm being spoken to. Anywho seeing as you're here, why don't you read on and take a break from editing?

About Me

I started playing Pokémon in 2006 but unlike most people I started with the TCG and anime first. Maybe ill type more detail later but eh. My first game was my Pokémon Emerald. I had not the slightest clue how to play it and no one to ask how. I did have but one Pokémon Magazine that I had. It had a few screenshots of Emerald. One screenshot showed the briefcase with the starters in it at the beginning. The hand for selecting was over the first Pokéball, so I figured that's what I was supposed to pick. So without looking at the other starters I blindly took Treecko, one of my favorites now. The game was going okay, and my Treecko evolved (no clue what that meant.) after a couple towns. After beating Watson at Mauville Gym I went up the mountain because it was the only way I saw to go. Two Team Magma grunts were blocking. So I turned around and went Mauville again. I just battled people all over until eventually my Sceptile was level fifty. Yeah that early. So I went to check the grunts. They were gone. I wonder for how long. Flannery was easy to kill. Level fifty Sceptile can beat level thirty Fire types anyday. After I finished the game Sceptile was level 100 and one of my favorite Pokémon. FireRed was next and this time I picked carefully. Charmander of course! After playing for some time, I got to Silph Co. in Saffron City. After trying every teleporter (I thought) in the building I gave up and RESET my game. Stupid me. That same day I replayed back to Silph and realized I was steps away from the end. Eventually I finished the game but I don't know where my Charizard went. And then there was the Mew event end of '06. I didn't know how rare Mew was but Pokémon.com said something about there being an event. So I went. There was a HUGE line in the video game department of Toys R Us. The signs said to get a Pokémon ready to trade. Level 3 Lotad, easy. Soon I began seeing signs for Diamond and Pearl, but these weren't for Gameboy. They were for a system I'd never heard of, the Nintendo DS. It looked so cool. I knew nothing about it but I was a fan of Dialga and Palkia right then and there. I saw my local Target had a preorder for the games. Back in those days you got preorder bonuses right away, so I preordered the games even without having a DS. I got both styluses and read the backs. It said there were going to be 100 more Pokémon! I really wanted a DS now but 7 year olds don't have much money. I ended up getting one
